Hi Jenny!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Visiting Disney Springs for lunch is such a great idea, with a wide and varied selection of restaurants, and you can enjoy a slower pace while you
dine, before you return to the parks. You have a few transport options for travelling between the theme parks and Disney Springs, but I would give consideration to the time required and also the needs of your two-year-old. You can use the
complimentary Disney transport - buses will take you between the theme parks and Disney Springs - but only between the hours of 4.00pm-11.00pm. Outside of these times, you would need to take a Disney bus from the theme park to a Disney Resort hotel, and then another bus to Disney Springs. This could be time-consuming (I would allow at least 60-90 minutes). For this reason, I would recommend using the
Minnie Van Service. They accommodate up to 6 Guests, are equipped with 2 versatile car seats, and are driven by Cast Members. You can make your booking on the Lyft app, which will also show the cost of this service. Alternatively, you will find regular taxi cabs located outside the exit of each theme park, and at Disney Springs - just ask a Cast Member at the exit if you need any help in finding them. These would also be a considerably quicker way of making your journey to lunch, and back.
Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
