Hi we're planning to go to Disney in Sept and i am trying to decide between sticking with the regular dining plan or upgrade to the deluxe. We will be there for my boyfriends birthday without our 2 y/o. What is your opinion? It's his first time to DW

Hi Roxanne - Happy Birthday to your boyfriend!  Don't forget to sign up for free admission on his birthday!

I think for most people, the regular dining plan is enough food.  However, if you find that you are making plans to eat at least two table service meals per day and/or are planning to eat at signature dining locations, you may choose to upgrade.

I'd recommend that you take a look at the menus at allears.net (click on dining on the top menu), and choose which restaurants you'd like to make advance dining reservations for.  Then, if you find that you are planning to use two or more table service credits per day, consider upgrading.  I think the deluxe dining plan is great for those who are planning to spend a lot of their vacation time eating!

    Have a great vacation!
