We are planning to go to Disney in March with our two children (ages 2 & 4). We are considering the Wilderness and Beach Club resorts and conveince to the parks is our bigest. From the BC can you walk to Epcot and then take the monorail to Magic King

    Hi Michelle!

My son and I love both the Beach Club Resort and the Wilderness Lodge Resort!  If you desire to be close to the Magic Kingdom, then the Wilderness Lodge is the Resort for you because it is a short bus or boat ride away.  I just love the theme of the Wilderness Lodge Resort because it is like you have stepped into the Pacific Northwest.  The Beach Club Resort is amazing as well especially with it's incredible swimming pool, Storm Along Bay, which is more like a water park than a swimming pool.  Yes, you can walk to Epcot from the Beach Club Resort (a 5 to 10 minute walk).  You will enter through Epcot's International Gateway (Epcot's back door) which is between the United Kingdom and France Pavilions in World Showcase so if you wanted to get on the Monorail, you would have to walk through half of Epcot to do so (you would need a Park Hopper Option on your Magic Your Way Tickets to do this).  You also could take a bus from the Beach Club directly to Epcot as well (this would be faster than the Monorail because you have to transfer Monorails at the Ticket and Transportation Center to get to the Magic Kingdom).

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
