I am planning girl week vacation with my 6 yrs old daughter from dec 26th to jan 1st planning 3or4 days. my main question is there going to be a parade and fireworks on that week? and is the water in water park heated

    Hello there Linda!

That is such a great time to visit Walt Disney World! All of the parks will be lit up with thousands of lights and beautiful decorations. Your daughter is going to have the time of her life! There are special parades and fireworks during the holidays so expect a different feel when you arrive at the parks. You will enjoy all of the holiday events that take place during that time of year. The water in the waterparks and hotel pools is heated but make sure to double check the Disney Website to make sure which park is open at that time. During the winter months they usually will close one of the waterparks at a time for refurbishment. That's why they are in pristine condition throughout the year! I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
