Neah from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Planning on getting the 3-day so cal resident ticket for my upcoming trip. For planning purposes, will my California ID/Driver's License be sufficient or do I also need to bring additional proof on top of that (such as a utility bill)? Thanks

    Hey Neah!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I see you’ve heard the amazing news about the SoCal Resident Ticket being back! It’s such a great perk for those who live in Southern California. I’m glad you’re asking about details as I’d hate for you to not be prepared for your trip. The SoCal Resident Ticket is available from now until May 25, 2023 for Southern California residents who live in ZIP codes 90000- 93599 and Northern Baja California residents within ZIP codes 21000-22999. All guests who would like to purchase and use these tickets will need to show proof of residency with either a valid government-issued photo ID or a Driver's License. No other proof is necessary beyond that.

Since you’ll be visiting Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park in May, the Disney100 Celebration at Disneyland Resort will be in full swing! You’ll want to plan your days according to what parts of the celebration you may want to see. You may want to catch them all! Over at Disneyland Park you’ll be able to experience Wondrous Journeys, “Magic Happens” Parade and Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway. Across the way at Disney California Adventure Park, you’ll be able to immerse yourself in new ways with World of Color- ONE. Both parks will be filled with a variety of food options for the big celebration.

Well Neah, if you have any other questions before your trip comes around please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
