Hi Theresa,
What a magical Christmas gift for your daughter and yourself—a year full of Disney adventures with
Annual Passes! Your upcoming holiday trip sounds like the perfect way to kick off your Annual Passholder journey.
The Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays is a feast for the senses. At Magic Kingdom Park you’ll find yourself surrounded by twinkling lights and festive garlands as the smell of freshly baked holiday treats fills the air. Over at
EPCOT, the International Festival of the Holidays will immerse you in global traditions, delicious seasonal bites, and heartwarming performances like Candlelight Processional. Disney’s Hollywood Studios dazzles with its vintage-inspired holiday decor, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom adds festive touches that blend seamlessly with the park’s natural beauty. It’s truly a magical time to visit!
However, it’s essential to plan ahead, especially during Christmas week, which is one of the busiest times at Walt Disney World Resort. As Annual Passholders, you’ll need to make Theme Park Reservations for the days you wish to visit. While there are Good-to-Go Days throughout the year when reservations are not required, these days are typically limited and likely will not apply during high-demand periods like Christmas week. Without a Theme Park Reservation, you won’t be able to enter the parks, even with an Annual Pass, and the parks may reach capacity during this busy time.
To ensure your holiday visit is as magical as possible:
Log in to your My Disney Experience account and check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar right away. Make reservations for your preferred parks as soon as possible.
Consider being flexible with your Theme Park choices if your first pick is unavailable.
If reservations are limited, explore other festive offerings at Disney Springs, such as the Christmas Tree Stroll, or visit the beautifully decorated Disney Resort hotels.
I hope your holiday trip is filled with unforgettable memories!
