I am planning my first WDW trip in December. One child, 4 yrs old. He is interested in Characters and animals more than rides. What is the best parks to visit? His favorites are Mickey and the clubhouse gang and Toy Story.

    Hi Kyla!

Wow, that is so exciting that you are planning your first Walt Disney World vacation!  If your son loves Mickey and the Clubhouse Gang and Toy Story then I would recommend visiting Hollywood Studios because there is Disney Junior - Live on Stage and Toy Story Midway Mania there as well as many character experiences.  Disney Junior - Live on Stage features characters from the shows Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Sophia the First, Doc McStuffins and Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Toy Story Midway Mania is a action filled, interactive ride based on the Toy Story Movies.  I also would recommend the Magic Kingdom for your son because there are lots of character experiences at this park.  If your son loves animals, then the Animal Kingdom would be a great park to visit.  On Kilimanjaro Safaris ride you can observe real animals in their natural habitat and at Camp Minnie Mickey you and your son can meet many Disney Characters.

I hope that your first Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical for you and your son!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
