Planning our first visit 8/15 to 8/30. I know the weather will be terribly hot during that time. Would it be worth it to take advantage of the EMH at night. We will have our DD's 5, 3, & 10mos. We thought about staying in the room during the afternoon.

Hi Liz.  I'm going to let you in on a little secret - my family always take advantage of evening Extra Magic Hours!

We always visit the Theme Parks early in the morning at opening.  We usually leave around noon to go back to our resort.  At this time, we will eat, swim and take long naps.  Last summer Magic Kingdom had evening Extra Magic Hours till 3:00 a.m.  We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and closed the park!!  Friends and family think we are absolutely insane!  We did all of this with a three year old and an 8 month old!!  My little Nemos enjoyed our time in Magic Kingdom.  Now we did sleep in the next day - with no regrets!

My suggestion is to go for it - I think you will enjoy it!

I hope you have a magical vacation and let the memories begin!!
