Hi, Michael!
Walt Disney World resort does not offer a specific discount for disabled Guests, however there are services and information available for Guests with disabilities to meet any needs you may have. If your disability makes it difficult to wait in line you may find the Disability Access Service (DAS) program extremely helpful for you. Upon your arrival, visit Guest Relations at any Theme Park to discuss your needs with a Cast Member. They will help determine if the DAS or other accommodations will best meet your needs.
To avoid long lines, you are able to make three FastPass+ reservations 30 days in advance of your arrival (60 days if you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort). I see you are arriving soon so you can make your selections now! You do need to have Theme Park tickets purchased and linked to each member of your party using in your My Disney Experience account. I suggest making your FastPass+ selections for the more popular attractions during mid-day when the Theme Parks are the busiest. An extra tip is to arrive very early in the day, before the Theme Parks open, so you are one of the first into the park. The wait times in the morning are much shorter. You know what they say about the early bird getting the worm!
Wishing you and your family a magical vacation, Michael!
~Rachel
