Planning my first vacation to Disney!! (: (: My Question is about the base ticket. Specifically, how many people does the base ticket cover? When I am trying to book my package online it says, base ticket for each night plus 1. What does that mean?

    Hi Ciera,

Your first Walt Disney World Resort Vacation, how wonderful! May this be the first of many more to come.

valid theme park ticket is required per person. The tickets are not transferable. When you purchase a theme park ticket you will select the number of days you would like to enter a theme park. It will allow you to enter one theme park ticket per day. Also, the more days that you add to a theme park ticket, the lower the cost per day it becomes. A popular option that may be added is Park Hopper Option, which will allow you to enter multiple parks on the same day without having to use an extra entitlement. Take a look at the Theme Park Tickets page to read about this option and others.

A Magic Your Way Vacation Package is the best way to book a Disney vacation. Not only includes accommodations at a Disney Resort hotel, but also includes theme park tickets for each member of your party, for your whole stay. When you book it online, it will default to the number of days of your stay, however you can adjust this to more or less, depending on when you arrive or depart. When we travel with my family, we like to take a day off from the theme parks, and enjoy the resort, especially the pool. You may want to consider the Disney Dining Plans. Take a look at the linked page for more information.

Although it’s pretty easy to book it online, you may want to speak to a vacation planning specialist by calling to (407) 939-1936, or with a travel agent. In any case, don’t worry. Come back with any other questions you may have.
