Hi
Lisa! You will be happy to know that there are many dining options available for your son at the Walt Disney World Resort. We have a peanut allergy in our family and we've purchased the
Disney Dining Plan and dined at many Disney restaurants. This is what I recommend you do, contact Special Diets at
SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. They will send you an Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to complete. Make your Advanced Dining Reservations (ADR) by calling (407) WDW-DINE and please alert the Cast Member of your son's severe allergies to dairy and egg products. The Cast Member will notate each ADR. Write down the dates, times, locations, and ADR numbers for each table service restaurant you will be visiting. Complete the Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form, making sure to include that information and send it back to
SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com. If you change any ADR between now and your arrival date, you will have to repeat the process by forwarding an updated Guest Allergy/Dietary Request Form to the email address shown above. In addition, it might be helpful to alert the wait-staff at the restaurant about your son's allergies. Many times the chef on duty will talk to you personally about the meal options that are available for him at the restaurant. In order to make informed decisions at counter service locations, be sure to request the "ingredients list book." You may certainly talk to the manager about your son's allergies and you will be directed to suitable items that are safe for him to consume. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Enjoy a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
