Hello. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
Planning a trip to
Walt Disney World is a bit different than going to Disneyland. I can assure you that it's still very easy to navigate even though it's a bit larger in size. Getting from your resort,
Disney's All Star Movies Resort, to any of the 4 theme parks, water parks and to Disney Springs is very simple using the
complimentary bus shuttle service. At your resort, there will be a designated bus drop off and pickup location. At check-in, you'll be given a map and shown where this area is. When you want to go to a park, you'll simply go to the bus stop area and wait for the designated bus to take you where you want to go. Buses start running 45 minutes prior to the park opening in the mornings and 2 hours after the parks close at night. If you plan on bringing a stroller with you, be sure to have your stroller folded up and ready to go prior to boarding the bus. This helps keep things moving quickly for all Guests who are anxious to get to the parks. If the complimentary bus service doesn't interest you, you can also use the
Minnie Van Service to get anywhere on Walt Disney World property. The Minnie Van Service can be used via the Lyft mobile app so be sure to have that downloaded on your phone just in case you want to give it a try.
I hope this helps ease your mind about transportation. If you have any other questions, I'd love for you to come back and ask me. Happy planning!
