We are planning out first trip to WDW in October 2015. My husband, daughter (7yo), and myself. We are staying 7days/6nights but only purchased 5 day park tickets. Will that be an issue with our hotel?

    Hi Elizabeth!

First trips are so exciting!  I just know you guys will fall in love with the magic of Walt Disney World.

No worries!  You don't have to have a park ticket at all to stay at a Walt Disney World resort.  Sometimes, my husband and I go for runDisney events and never step a foot in the parks (other than when we run through them for the races!)  We like to enjoy the resorts, different restaurants, Downtown Disney, Boardwalk area and more on these trips.  We love the parks, too, but Disney is more than theme parks!

Enjoy your trip, and please let me know if you have any other questions as you finalize your details!
