Hi! Planning our first trip to WDW, late Sept.to early Dec. 2011 area. What would be the better time to go, with 2 kids 4, and 2yrs. Do not want to go when it is still uncomfortably hot, but still would like it be able to swim outdoors. and crowd is less.

    Hi Sara!

Keeping your time frame in mind, I'd suggest October--avoiding Columbus Day weekend.  It (generally) is still warm enough for a dip in the pool, and the crowds are NICE!  PLUS, you get the added benefit of seeing Magic Kingdom decked out for Halloween!  Might I suggest one of our boys FAVORITE things...Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!!

Thank you for your question and have a MAGICAL vacation!
