We are planning our first trip to WDW in July! We have a 4 year old son and almost 3 year old daughter. They are not used to the heat of Florida and we sadly have only 1 day to visit! Any ideas or tips would be very appreciated...Thanks!

Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World!  With only 1 day to visit, I would recommend arriving at Magic Kingdom for park opening. Quickly make your way down Mainstreet, U.S.A. and head for Fantasyland. You will be able to enjoy the attractions for toddlers and preschoolers during the cooler Morning hours. As you move through Magic Kingdom and it gets warmer, you can enjoy the air conditioned attractions, ie. Mickey's PhilharMagic and Country Bear Jamboree. You can also enjoy Character Dining for lunch and shopping to take a break from the Florida sun. Early afternoon is a great time to cool off with a water-play area, such as Donald's Boat. Remember to bring bottled waters (freeze a few and they will provide cool water later in the day), visors/hats and sunscreen.
