We are planning our first trip to WDW in January. My daughters are 5 & 8 is there a place that we could find the height requirements on the rides before we get there. My youngest is a thrill rider and I don't want her to be dissappointed if she can'

It's a great idea to know the height requirements for attractions ahead of time to avoid disappointed thrill seekers.  As long as your child is 40" she will be able to ride many of the attractions that have a height requirement.  There are some rides (Space Mountain, Mission SPACE,Rock-n-Roller Coaster, Expedition Everest and Primeval Whirl) where your child will need to be taller to ride.  An attraction height chart can be found by clicking this link.  I hope this is the first of many trips to Walt Disney World for you and your little adventure seekers!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
