Hello, We are planning our first trip to WDW the first week of June 2013. Traveling w a 5 yr old and 12 yr old daughters. Any suggestion? Traveling w RV and staying at Fort Wilderness Campground. Want to make the most of our vacation. There 5 days

Woo hoo! Your first trip to Walt Disney World! Your family will have a blast zooming down Space Mountain, meeting Disney princesses, and eating Mickey ice cream!

For your first trip you have picked good dates to visit and an excellent resort for camping. By arriving in early June you will beat the higher temperatures and humidity and larger crowds of later summer. The Campgrounds at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort have comfort stations that are air conditioned, clean and practically luxurious.

For a five day vacation consider a day at each park and one day to visit a water park or enjoy the recreational activities offered at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Each theme park has a different feel, unique attractions, and fun entertainment you will want to experience.

A wonderful, classic Disney experience you should try is a character dining meal. With princesses of your own in tow, you may wish to consider a meal with Disney princesses at either Cinderella's Royal Table inside Cinderella Castle or at Epcots's Akershus Royal Banquet Hall. Chef Mickey's is a great choice for breakfast. You can eat Mickey waffles with Mickey and Minnie while watching the monorail stream overhead as it travels through Disney's Contemporary Resort. Character meals, as well as all table service meals, need to be booked well in advance. When your 180 day booking window opens call (407) 939-3463 or click on Dining Reservations to reserve your table.

The Chip'n Dale Sing-a-long Campfire is a fun event offered at your resort. Gather round the campfire to roast marshmallows for s'mores, sing songs, meet Chip'n Dale, and then watch a classic Disney movie under the stars.

Planning a first visit to WDW can be overwhelming so please let me help you. If you have additional questions or want specific recommendations please contact me. Wishing you a magical vacation!
