Planning our first trip to WDW for 3/13/10 - 3/19/10. Are the crowds going to be INSANE at this time, or not too bad, since it's a few weeks before Easter? Thanks for your help!

    Patricia:

Our family went this past March during those same dates....although the crowds were heavier than I expected (I'd say a 7 on a scale from 1 to 10), I would not consider them insane by any stretch.

Next Spring, Easter will be a few weeks away from your dates, so I would think you'd experience similar crowds to what I found this past Spring.  The "insane" waits tend to come during the week between Palm Sunday and Easter, and lessen as you move out earlier or later from that week.

Best of all, the weather is mild which makes even the longest line so much more manageable than a crowd in the heat of summer!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
