We're planning our first trip to WDW in the beginning of March with a 5 year old boy, 3 year old girl and 9 month old girl. Is this a good time to go?(i.e., crowds) We were thinking of staying in Magic Kingdom and what is the weather typically like?

    Hi Denise,

I think you are off to a great start planning a super-duper trip!  By going in the beginning of March, I believe you will be missing most of the March/Spring break kids (so hopefully not too crowded!), plus the weather should be awesome for you.  The weather in March is definitely warmer than February, with typical highs breaking the 80F mark by the end of March. The chances of seeing a really cool day also drop significantly by the end of the month. The chances of rain are still lower and the rainy season hasn't started yet. The overall weather In March is very nice, so plan on swimming lots!!!!

I hope you are not planning on staying in Magic Kingdom?  I am sure you mean this is where you will be spending most of your time in this specific park (as you cannot stay overnight in the park, unless you are lucky enough to win an overnight stay in Cinderella's "Suite" in her Castle!), HA-HA!

    Have a magical vacation!
