We are planning our first trip ti Disney world in May. My girls are 4 & 3. Any suggestions on what to make sure we dont miss?

How exciting!!  I would recommend arriving at the Magic Kingdom for the rope drop, as the gates open.  Our kids were given 'pixie' dust to toss into the air and make a wish.  I would be sure to pick up the Character meet and greet schedule at each of the parks.   I would also recommend taking them to the Fairy Tale Garden beside Cinderella's Castle.  Belle visits and reads a story to the children.  My youngest daughter enjoyed this so much.  Fantasyland and Mickey's Toontown both located in the Magic Kingdom are must do's.  Hope you have a fabulous trip!!
