As a mom of a 2, 5, and 7 year old, I can relate to your upcoming Disneyland Resort vacation! I’m happy to report that the Disneyland Resort offers a little something for everyone, no matter what their age. Here’s a
special guide to getting around the parks with little ones.
Now for some more good news – double strollers are, in fact, allowed inside both theme parks! In fact, I bring mine every single time we visit. If you decide not to bring your stroller, the Disneyland Resort does offer
single strollers for rent. If you’d prefer to rent a double stroller, you may rent from a third-party vendor, such as City Stroller Rentals. For some families, this can be a more convenient option since you can bring the stroller with you from the parks back to your hotel room. Strollers rented at the Disneyland Resort must be turned in when you leave the parks for the day, and can’t be taken back to your hotel or to the Downtown Disney District.
As you mentioned, 2 year olds don’t require
a ticket to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park since ticket pricing starts at age 3. Because Mickey is a very trusting Mouse, he will take your word for proof of your child’s age, and you won’t need to bring any proof of identification for your child.
