Planning our first trip...I read somewhere that I can order special stuff to have for the kids when we arrive (ie: MM ears). What are those options and whom do I call to arrange something special? Thanks for all the help. We'd be lost without you!

You can arrange for special gifts to be waiting for you upon your arrival. The folks that provide this service are the wonderful cast members at the Disney Florist and Gift Basket department. They have a website at that shows some of the standard offerings they have for both children and adults. The children's offerings do include personalized Mickey ears.

Don't worry if you don't see exactly what you want on the website. The Gift Basket department specializes in creating custom gifts. Any standard gift can be modified to better suit your family. For example if a basket includes one Mickey ear hat and you have two children, you can just ask them to add a second set of ears. Or, you can ask them to create something entirely from scratch to suit your individual tastes. Custom orders can be made by calling 407-827-3505.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful visit to WDW!
