We are planning first trip in march 2013 for my 3 yr old son, husband and self. I am trying to decide which dining plan is best. My first instinct is to choose Deluxe Dining, but just not sure if its the best choice for our family. thanks

    Hi Jessica!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

All the Disney Dining Plans have a choice to suit everyone.  The Disney Deluxe Dining Plan includes three (3) Meals and two (2) Snacks per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refill- able drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service locations only in your Disney Resort hotel).

Some families would enjoy having this amount of choice, and some families would find this is too much food for them, and would therefore choose the Disney Dining Plan, or the Quick-Service Dining Plan.

I would recommend you have a look at the Dining Plan page on the website, which will give you full details of each Dining Plan, and the full listing of restaurants featuring on each plan, and how many dining credits each restaurant requires.

If you have any other questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your first magical vacation!
