    I am planning out our first trip (kinda last minute) to go in June. Staying onsite and was wondering which moderate hotel has the best pool for a 5 & 7 year old, thinking of not getting waterpark ticket option if the pool is amazing at the hotel?Caribb

    Hi Elaine:

    I would say that the best pool pool at a moderate Resort is Fuentes del Morro pool at Caribbean Beach Resort. The main pool is themed after a Spanish fortress.  The pool was renovated in the not-too-distant past and boasts two water slides, with one being over 100 feet long and zipping you through the inside of a "fort."


    If you are considering a Deluxe Resort, few will disagree that the best Resort pool on property is Stormalong Bay (shared by the Yacht and Beach Club Resorts).  Stormalong  Bay is huge and features a major water slide, several sections, and a lazy river.
