I would certainly make your Advanced Dining Reservations now for all the restaurants that you wish to eat at as you are in the 180 day window before your vacation. I use the Walt Disney World Park Hours page to help you with the hours of each theme park as well as Extra Magic Hours. You don't really need to have a Park Hopper ticket to enjoy the parks. My family rarely will Park Hop as we try to fully see the park we are at for the day. When staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you will have the opportunity to get into the parks one hour early (usually 8:00 am) or up to three hours later that day. These hours rotate different theme parks each day and I would encourage you to take advantage of them. Please let me know if I can help you in any other way such as restaurant recommendations or itinerary help. I know that your first Disney vacation will be magical!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
