Hello, we are planning our first trip the end of February, we got the play stay and dine deal.. Does any of the resturants in that package offer vegan and gluten free?

    Hi Kim!

Yes!  Walt Disney World has a great variety when it comes to vegan and gluten free dining options.  Make sure you note on any Walt Disney World Dining reservation that you have special dietary requests.  Then, do make sure that you confirm this once you arrive at the restaurant.  Also, take a look at this page which highlights Special Dietary Requests at Walt Disney World.

Many menu items can easily be made vegan, and others easily made gluten free as well.  In my dining around Disney, I've found that they have a standard gluten free substitute for pasta, and one for pancakes and waffles as well.  I had a fabulous Seasonal Gnocchi with Roasted Vegetables at Cinderella's Royal Table that I'm still craving.

Once you have all your reservations booked, I'd email Special.Diets@disneyworld.com no less than 14 days out from  your vacation.

    Have a magical vacation!
