Hey, howdy, hey, Melissa!
Yeehaw! Your first Disneyland Resort vacation will be here before you know it. I’m excited for you to get a chance to experience "
Walt Disney's Original Magic Kingdom." Don’t forget to pick up a
complimentary "1st Visit" button from one of the
Guest Relations locations.
When booking Disneyland Resort
Vacation Packages, it is standard to have your included
theme park tickets delivered to you when you check in to your hotel. That way you won’t have to worry about tickets being lost in the mail. This is the same whether you book your Vacation Package through an authorized travel agent or directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company.
Of course, this is a bit different than we are used to when visiting the
Walt Disney World Resort. The Disney FastPass+ service available at the Florida theme parks allows Guests to pre-select some attraction return times up to 60 days in advance. At Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, the complimentary
Disney FASTPASS service is available for Guests to make same-day FASTPASS selections at the various FASTPASS distribution kiosks for each attraction that features FASTPASS. Guests who purchase
Disney MaxPass to add on to their tickets, either all at once with the ticket purchase or Vacation Package or one day at a time, may use the
Disneyland app to choose available FASTPASS times as soon as they have their tickets scanned into the park.
Tony’s Tip: You may scan your tickets into the Disneyland app as soon as you receive them at hotel check-in. If your hotel’s normal check-in time is later than your arrival time, you may still pick up your tickets as soon as you arrive. That way you can maximize the magic every day of your vacation.
Have a
rootin' tootin' time at the Disneyland Resort, Melissa. Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again with any more questions you may have.
