Hello! We're planning our first trip out to Disneyland at the beginning of June with our 3 & 5 year old girls! We'll be staying at the Grand Californian for three nights. Any recommendations for how to see the parade AND enjoy a good dinner?

Grand Californian is a beautiful resort located just steps away from the magic of Disneyland, California Adventure and Downtown Disney!  You have definitely made a great choice in accommodations!

Mickey's Soundsational Parade debuted last Summer and this spectacular calvacade makes it's way through Disneyland Park daily, treating guests to an upbeat musically driven display featuring colorful motorized floats, lively dancers, musicians, and beloved Disney characters!

In June, you will be able to view the parade twice daily (4:00 and 6:30) along it's route which stretches between Main Street USA and "it's a small world."  I would recommend scoping out a spot at least 30 minutes prior to start time to secure the best location!  My favorite parade viewing spots are near the hub area of Main Street USA and this popular parade-viewing area will fill up quickly.  Another great spot is on the platform of the Train Station in Town Square, but this area will fill up quickly as well, so get there early!

As far as a good dinner, I have listed my favorite sit down dinners below.  Be sure to call Disneyland Dining up to 60 days in advance to make a priority seating reservation (714)781-DINE.

    Naples Pizzeria
    Storytellers Cafe
    Napa Rose
