We are planning our first trip to Disneyland this August. My oldest son has autism & I was hoping to get the GAC card at Guest Services. I haven't seen that listed for Disneyland, just Disney World. Does Disneyland offer this to guests with disabilit

    Hi, Heather!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question! I’m happy to hear that you’ll be visiting the Disneyland Resort with your family for the first time this summer. I think you’re going to fall in love with the magic and charm of Walt Disney’s original theme park here on the West Coast.

Yes, the Guest Assistance Card (GAC)—which assists Guests with a wide variety of special needs that may otherwise prevent them from enjoying attractions and entertainment in the theme parks—is available at the Disneyland Resort. The GAC is distributed and customized according to the Guest’s specific needs and restrictions. To inquire about obtaining a GAC for your son, visit City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland Park or the Guest Relations Lobby in Disney California Adventure Park.

I hope this helps, Heather. Please let me know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation!

    Wishing you magic,
