Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Penny!
Happy early birthday to your sweet princess! I was lucky enough to spend my birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort last year, and I honestly can’t think of a more perfect day than the day I had. I know you will make so many memories celebrating her birthday at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Penny, when you enter
Magic Kingdom Park, you’ll see a sign that says “here you leave today and enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy.” Your daughter’s birthday may be the day after you leave, but you’ll be welcome to celebrate for the whole time you’re at Walt Disney World. Pick up your daughter’s celebration button the first day you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel, or, if you’re staying off-property, at any Guest Relations location in the theme parks, and make sure she wears it proudly throughout the visit. It’s so magical to receive birthday wishes from fellow Guests and Cast Members! And, since it’s your
first visit, be sure to pick up First Visit buttons too!
Don’t forget to add a note about your daughter’s birthday to any
dining reservations; you can do that by calling (407) WDW-DINE. There’s no guarantee, but we’ve received birthday cupcakes a few times, and special wishes from Cast Members and
characters. You can ever
order a birthday cake to be delivered to a Walt Disney World restaurant or your resort hotel room!
I hope you have so much fun celebrating your princess, Penny! Here on the panel, we’ve celebrated so many things at our happy place, so please come back and see us if you have any questions as you plan this extra-special visit. We’d love to help make it a perfect 5th birthday AND first visit! I’m so, so excited for your family.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
