Hi, planning first trip to Disney i wanted to know if i should get the dining plan or not & can i only get the dining plan by booking w Disney. (traveling w 2yr old turning 3 during trip) Thank YOU!

    Hi Nigeria,

Glad to know you are busy planning a magical vacation. Only a few more weeks to go, and soon you will discover how The Magic is Endless at Walt Disney World Resort.

My family has been taking advantage of the Disney Dining Plans for many years now. They are so convenient, and we simply add it to our Magic Your Way Vacation Package, and no longer worry about meal budgets. We prefer the Disney Dining Plan, which for 2017, it gives you one Quick-Service meal, one Table-Service meal and two Snacks, per person, per night of stay.

These plans must be booked directly online, by speaking to a Vacation Planning Specialist at (407) 939-1936, or with a travel agent. You need to add them as option to a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, which includes a stay at a Disney Resort hotel, and Theme Park Tickets.

One last tip: make sure you make the reservations with your children ages at the time of Check-In. If your youngling turns three during your stay, he or she will still not require Theme Park Tickets. But make sure you make a note on your reservation that you will be celebrating a birthday. See you real soon!
