we are planning our first trip to disney and 3 out of 4 of us have seafood allergies- IS there any place we would need to Stay away from? Thanks in advance

    Hi there, Julie!

Disney is incredible about accommodating the food and nutrition needs of all of its Guests.

I don't know the specifics or the severity of the allergies in your traveling party, so I'll recommend that you do the same thing my family members do when we are dining on Disney property, as we also have dietary restrictions.

Before you travel to Disney, fill out the Guests with Special Dietary Requests form, available online.

Have the allergies noted on every one of your dining reservations. You can do this over the telephone when you call (407) WDW-DINE. Note any and all food allergies and intolerances at the time of booking each dining reservation. You are also welcome to speak to a chef or a manager on duty when you arrive at each dining location.

Be vocal and very specific about your needs. Believe me when I say that every Cast Member wants to ensure your health and peace of mind while you are on vacation. This includes minimizing the risk of cross-contamination, making sure foods are prepared according to your needs, and are not made with any ingredients that might compromises your health or that of anyone in your party.

Again, because I am not familiar with your particular situation, and because I am not a medical professional, I strongly encourage you to make the most of the resources available to you at Walt Disney World. They will help make it magical and worry-free.

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
