Planning our first trip to Disney and trying to decide between Pop and POR Royal Rooms. We are traveling with a 7 & 6 yr old, and a 20 month old - all girls. Are the Royal Rooms worth the extra cost? Especially with the 20 month old? Thanks!

    Hi Misti!

That's a hard decision, because it really does come down to budget, but I do recommend staying in the new Royal Rooms at Port Orleans Riverside if you can afford it.  I think your girls will absolutely love it.

Port Orleans Riverside is my favorite Disney Moderate Resort, and Pop Century is my favorite Disney Value Resort so both are good  resorts.  However, Port Orleans offers a lot more services and amenities and I think it's just a prettier resort all around.  It also has a much nicer pool area and a nice playground that I'm sure all of your girls will love.  The new Royal Rooms are like icing on a cake -- they just make staying at Port Orleans that much better, especially for families with young girls.

I hope this helps!  Write back with more specific questions!
