Hi Kim! Yes! There are tons of options for the quick service plan. Go to Disney's 2012 Quick-Service Dining Plan page and you can click on a PDF with all of the options available. The lines at the different restaurants will vary, but there will be several lines open with multiple sides and even some computer screens set-up for quick ordering. I have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes from getting in line to getting my food! And yes, you can choose juice or water for your mug! Have a great trip!
