Hello, Barbara. Welcome to
planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by to chitchat about your first ever magical vacation to
Walt Disney World.
It warms my heart and brings a smile to my face that you are planning your first ever trip to Walt Disney World. I just know you are going to have a magical time and make memories that will last a lifetime. There is nothing like the feeling of seeing the
Cinderella Castle for the very first time. I am so excited for you.
There are no indoor pools at the
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, Barbara. But the good news is that all of the outdoor pools are heated to a practically perfect 82 degrees all year long. I've visited every month out of the year at Walt Disney World and I am happy to report that I've swam every single time. The air might be a bit chilly but the water temperature is always just right. You'll find that even the
Walt Disney World Water Parks stay open all year long. It really is very comfortable to swim even in February so you'll want to be sure to pack your suits. Also, the moderate and deluxe levels of the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels have outdoor hot tubs that you can soak in after a long day at the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. So even if you find the water just a little too cold in the pool for swimming, you can always relax in the hot tubs instead.
I hope this helps you in your planning journey, Barbara. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'd love to help!
Have a great week!
Jackie H.
