The easiest method is to:
1) Go to the Disney Parks link, which you can access here. 2) Click on the respective park. 3) Once you do this, you'll see a "Calendar" link to your left. Click on the Calendar link. 4) The calendar for the park is now visible. Click the drop down above the calendar, and choose your month. This should show you the Extra Magic Hours days for that park.
As for people traffic on Extra Magic Hours days, generally traffic is normally smaller. This is because Extra Magic Hours are only available to resort guests, and not the general public. A number of ticket only guests generally begin to leave during Extra Magic evening hours, and can't get it in during the Extra Magic early hour.
