Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    Planning first trip in Aug. We have reservations at chef mickeys on our first day at 8:40am. Staying at All star movie resort. Will we have enough time to take the bus over? Or will we have to take a taxi? If so what are the taxi fares like? Thanks!

    Hi Cassondra! Disney bus transportation to the Magic Kingdom and Magic Kingdom Area Resort hotels, which includes Disney's Contemporary Resort, begins about 6:30 am each morning. This early morning Disney bus will only take guests with Advanced Dining Reservations to their restaurant location for dining. I would recommend that you arrive to the Bus stop about one hour prior to your dining time. This will allow for time to catch the Disney bus, travel to the Resort hotel and walk to the restaurant.
