I am planning a first time visit for our daughter's 2nd birthday August 7-10, 2014. We plan to visit MK the 8-9. Suggestions on attractions for her, especially something daddy and baby can celebrate together as her birthday is the 5th and his is the 10th?

Hi Jacqueline!  You are going to have an amazing time creating memories for such a wonderful celebration at Walt Disney World.  Two birthdays and a first time visit?  Oh, how exciting!

I recommend making a reservation for breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table.  Your little princess will be escorted by her Prince Charming (Daddy) into the beautiful castle to dine with her favorite Disney Princesses.  It will be a date that all of you to remember.

After breakfast, you can explore the New Fantasyland and enjoy Enchanted Tales with Belle and Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid.  Other attractions she would love are: it's a small world, Peter Pan's Flight, and Dumbo--just to name a few!

There is a great page on the Walt Disney World website called "Customize Your Celebration" that will give you many more ideas and information on how to create a fairy-tale visit for you and your family.  Also, to give you information on height requirements and planning tips to make the most of the magic with younger children, check out Traveling with Little Ones.

I hope this information helps in planning your magical celebration.  Please let me know if I can help you with any other recommendations or questions.

I hope your trip is everything you desire!

    Enjoy,
    Lauren
