Hi Tiffany! Congratulations on your upcoming vacation! For weather, this is what the weather channel says is "average", Average high temperature: 91.5 , Average low temperature: 73.4, Average precipitation: 6.78,
Average humidity (1pm): 60. Obviously, things can vary each year, but that is a general guideline. I have been there in August three or four times and it is usually hot with some humidity, but it's never been unpleasant. There are plenty of attractions, shops, restaurants and shaded queues for you to cool off during the day. Food prices at Disney, like at any theme park, tend to be a bit pricey. The food portions are a really good size though, so generally, if we aren't using the dining plan, my boys will share one adult meal. There is usually extra on mine and my husband's plates to go around as well. I always take some granola bars, crackers, etc. in my backpack to snack on and that way we only spend money on the bigger meals. If you haven't already researched it, the different
Disney dining plan options can be an economical way to go!
Lastly, you can get a park hopper for whatever number of days you would like. Often the last day is a travel day, so I don't include it in my ticket. However, the more days you add on, it gets significantly cheaper for the tickets, so you may want to check out
Park Hopper ticket prices. I hope this helps and I hope you have a magical vacation!
