We are planning our first family trip to disney for jan. 2010. We have 2 daughters who are 1 and 3. We want to stay at the carribean beach resort. We want to reserve a room now. Which rooms would you reccomend at that resort?

    Hi Greg!

Would you believe that, depending on the weather, you may get a chance to swim while at Disney World?  During one particularly warm January day, we spent several hours splashing around at the pool - can you believe it?

The Caribbean Beach Resort is amazing, but LARGE.  With your two little ones in tow, I highly recommend staying as close to the food court area (Old Port Royale) as possible.  For a few extra dollars per night, you may request a preferred location in either the village of Martinique or Trinidad North.  Aruba and Jamaica are a little bit farther away, but you can always take the internal bus to get to Old Port Royale.  Also, I wanted to let you know that there are no elevators in this resort.  So, if you have a lot of "kid stuff" to carry, you may want to request a room on the first floor.

We LOVE this resort and plan on visiting it again soon - you can't go wrong with this one!
