We're planning our first ever trip to Disney! My daughter is six and of course very excited to meet the Disney princesses. Ariel is by far our favorite with all of the others tied for a close second. I have one question: is Ariel's Grotto still there?

    Hi Mary!

Ariel's Grotto is no longer part of Magic Kingdom Park in order to make way for the New Fantasyland expansion.  Ariel will be the star of her very own attraction: Under the Sea- Journey of the Little Mermaid, slated for opening sometime in late 2012.  Keep an Eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest info:

In the meantime, you can still meet Ariel (and often Prince Eric) in Adventureland.  The Veranda is on your right-hand side as you cross the bridge into Adventureland from The Hub. Grab a Times Guide when you enter the park for that day's meeting times.

    Have a magical day,
