We are planning our first ever trip to Disney and are counting down the days! We are staying at pop century and I really wanted to request a building with refurbished rooms. Which buildings are currently refurbished??

    Hi Yael!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I stayed in a renovated room at Disney's Pop Century Resort last month, and I loved it! When I was there at the end of February, they had completed the '90s, '80s, and '70s buildings. They were starting renovations on the '60s building.

So to be completely sure, I would either make a request for one of the completed buildings or put in a request for a renovated room. The beds are bigger, they removed the carpet, and there is more storage space. Everything feels shiny and new with a modern design.

And extra bonus at Pop Century is that they now have Dole Whips in Everything POP! Yes, Dole Whips!

If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon. Have a Disney day!
