I am planning our first ever family vacation to WDW at the end of May. What items can and cannot we bring in to the many parks? (water bottles, cameras, snacks, sunscreen, etc.) Is there a list anywhere?

    Hello Lisa!!

Congratulations on planning your first Walt Disney World Vacation!!  I can only imagine how excited you are!!  This is an excellent question that many people are curious about so I am very glad you asked it.

You are totally fine bringing water bottles (as long they aren't glass), cameras, snacks and sunscreen.  We bring all of these and have never had an issue coming into the parks.

I was able to locate a list on the Walt Disney World Website that lists out the Prohibited Personal Items at Walt Disney World.  Please click on the previous link to see a list of the items.  There are a lot of guidelines listed for wheeled devices.  Some other items that are prohibited are alcoholic beverages, glass containers, and weapons just to name a few.

I hope this helps guide you in what to pack and that you have a very magical first Walt Disney World Vacation!!
