Hi! We are planning our first ever Disney trip for Mar 2012. We are all staying at the Polynesian. My kids will be 3.5 and 2 and my sister's will be 8.5 and 5.5. What group dining should we book for this mix of ages? 4 kids, 4 parents, 2 grandparents. Thx!

Hi Ohana! I am so excited for you to take your first trip to Walt Disney World.  The Polynesian is such a beautiful resort.  You will love the pools and just strolling through the lobby with your family.  Ohana is a tropically- themed restaurant that is located right at the Polynesian.  They have a character breakfast with Lilo and Stitch.  Dinner there is outstanding, especially with a big group like you have.  It is a family style buffet.  Disney's Spirit of Aloha Show is also at your resort.  This is a dinner show in an open air covered theater with hula dancers and fire knife dancers.  Always spectacular to see!  The Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom is another fun place to eat.  Your friends from the Hundred Acre Wood are there and will love to meet all of your family.   A favorite place at EPCOT to eat  for our family is the Biergarten.  You feel immersed in the culture of Germany and the pretzel bread is fantastic!  At Animal Kingdom, Tusker house has a character breakfast with Donald and friends or a buffet lunch with an African flare.  Finally, at Hollywood Studios, I would recommend going to the 50's Prime Time Cafe.  This is a themed restaurant that turns back the clock to the 1950s.  Everyone has a great time there from kids to grandparents!!  I hope you have a magical trip!
