    I am planning our first DVC family trip for Oct 2012. We are planning on staying at the tree house villas. Ii was wondering if we would have any trouble booking if we tried the first day of our 11 month window since there are only a few of them?

    Hi Michael:

    I'm a Disney Vacation Club Member for the past several years.  Personally, I've never had trouble booking at my home Resort when I've tried to reserve on the first day of the eleven month window.  That's not to say you are guaranteed one of the Tree House Villas if you book on the first day of the window, so I would try to book as early in the day as possible.  In the slight chance you are unable to secure the Tree House Villas, make sure you ask about getting on a wait list.
