Hello Allison!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Congratulations on your first Disney vacation!
I personally think that November is a great month to visit, and I usually recommended it to friends visiting for the first time. The weather is great and you will encounter fewer Guests. There are two great special events that you can enjoy,
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom Park. Christmas decorations will be up and the spirit of the holidays will be all around. It is a truly magical time to visit, but try avoiding Thanksgiving week, and plan to visit Epcot during weekdays.
Since this is your first visit, I highly recommend staying at a Disney Resort hotel to enjoy
exclusive benefits. Don’t forget to make
advanced dining reservations to enjoy amazing experiences at restaurants located throughout the Walt Disney World Resort, including character dining! Download the My Disney Experience mobile app to plan and share every single detail of your vacation. I also recommend purchasing Memory Maker to download all digital content captured by Disney PhotoPass photographers during your magical first visit!
One final tip: request a First Visit celebratory button upon arriving at any of the theme parks or at your Disney Resort hotel. Cast Members and other Guests will join you in celebrating!
I hope this helps you plan a magical vacation! Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with more questions.
See ya real soon!
