I am planning my first Disney World trip in Feb 2013. I am going to purchase the Deluxe Dining Plan but would like to know how many days will be covered. If we stay 7 nights/8days are meals covered the day we check out?

Congratulations on your first trip, Nikki!  Going all out with the deluxe dining plan is going to spoil you for future trips!  Here's how it works: the number of meal credits you get will correspond with the number of nights in your package.  Guests on the deluxe dining plan get three meal credits and two snack credits per person per night of the package.  In your case, that would equate to twenty-one meal credits and fourteen snack credits per person.  You can use those credits in any combination you choose, on any day you choose.  Credits won't expire until midnight on the day you check out, so you'll have that entire day to use them.  Enjoy!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
