Planning first Disney vacation with 7 and 9 year old boys. Staying on a Disney property and have 3 days of tickets with no hoppers. Trying to decide which parks to do. Should we do Magic Kingdom 1 or 2 days and then Animal Kingdom or Epcot? What is best?

    Hi Cassie!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congratulations on your upcoming inaugural visit to Walt Disney World Resort! I'm so excited for you and your Mouseketeers to experience all the magic and fun that a Disney vacation has to offer! I'll never forget bringing my son to Walt Disney World for the first time and watching his face light up as we rode Dumbo the Flying Elephant.

In my opinion, your plan to head to Magic Kingdom Park for two days is a perfect one! There are so many exciting attractions there that your boys will enjoy! I recommend taking your boys on a wild cruise in Adventureland on the Jungle Cruise and then visiting the 999 happy haunts in the Haunted Mansion! Then, cool off as you plummet down Splash Mountain!

For your third day, I recommend visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park to experience Pandora - The World of Avatar. If your boys are 44" or taller, your entire family can take flight on your very own banshee while riding Avatar Flight of Passage! Another attraction that's not to be missed is the Na'vi River Journey. Then, head over to Africa and take a safari through the African savanna aboard the Kilimanjaro Safaris!

Cassie, I can't wait for your upcoming Disney vacation! If you can think of any future questions, please come back and visit us again!
