Hi Andosia, First Disney vacations are extra magical! Be sure to pick up some free "First Visit" pins for your entire family at Guest Relations at whichever park you visit first.
I'm happy to report that Walt Disney World does a great job at accommodating guests with specific dietary concerns and needs. The best thing to do to ensure that you have a fantastic vegan creation available for your family at whichever table-service restaurants you are interested in dining at (including Cinderella's Royal Table) is to discuss your concerns and needs with the folks at Disney Dining when you make your advanced dining reservations (up to 180 days ahead of your arrival) at (407) WDW-DINE (939-3463). Quick-service restaurants can be a bit more challenging, but most have vegan options. Just let the cast member who assists you know your needs, and, they will either provide you with a list of what options are available or enlist the help of a manager who can.
Have a pixie dust-filled trip!
