Hi, planning our first Disney vacation and can't find info on what foods are allowed in the dining plan. Is it explained in each menu? Do I have to ask my server each time? Thank you!

    Hello Laura,

I know exactly what foods are included in the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) because I love to eat! And I also know because Cast Members at Disney Restaurants are always so extremely helpful.

My family loves the DDP. On the DDP, you will be able to order an entree, dessert and non-alcoholic drink for each quick service and table service meal.

With many of the restaurants on property, you can order freely, straight from the menu. Simple enough! So help yourself to the strip steak for dinner then have creme brulee for dessert!

There has been a rare occasion a restaurant will have a special menu for DDP guests. When that has occurred, the DDP menu still had several items from which to chose. Your server will let you know when you are seated if this is the case.

Hope this helps. Enjoy your meals!

My family loves our Main Street in Ohio. But there's simply no comparison to Main Street U.S.A.! We don't get to Disney quite as often as I'd like, but that just means finding new ways to sprinkle Pixie Dust on our adventures! Learn More About Monina
